Q: I think I have a solution to fix auto pollution and create new cars.?
I am no scientist but I have 2 ideas and id like all of your humble opinions. Why cant we filter out car emmisions 95% or so with a filter and reroute the the airflow to the engine with an auxillary breather. Also I know we have electric cars, and we also have air compression powered vehicles. Both of these work what if we combined the 2 for more power and add and additional 3 gallon diesel tank for even more support and less emissions. 3 gallons vs 15 gallons in a 2 week period is a lot better and less polluting. Please give me some ideas why cant we filter out the current emissions and have additional breathing support for the vehicle. Is my other idea about new car technology plausable.
Also no cynical answers I know its all about oil and money but really are these ideas possible thanks.
A: yea thats very possible but you probly shuld have not just shared YOUR idea w/ the world but w/e. i also have an idea bout reducing emmisions.-
okay i dont do it but i got the idea from how a bong works lol. they should put like a water box muffler under the car. so when then exhaust is exiting the car it goes threw the water and gets filtered a little bit more and exits a hole out the top of this water muffler. good idea yeas or no? i duno i can picture it really well in my head.
i also liked your super hybrid idea. part electric, air & diesel brilliant
Q: if a girl already has money, a new car, ect. what can a humble poor guy give her?

Q: What happened to the humble public servants(now it is power trips)?
In leiu of the groom just shot in N.Y. I had my own incident in
1976. I went to visit a friend in a small town.We decieded to go get
some beer come back and play cards. Hitchhiking was common in
those days. A lady flagged us down, needed a ride she said to the
police station to pay a ticket. She went in. Within seconds five police
officers came out. One fired his gun in the air. We were jerked out
the car beat with billy clubs, thrown against the car covered in blood
marched into the police station where we were cursed for an hour,
charged with five charges, had to post bond. If you go to court and
say nothing, neither will we, but the reason we did this, the officers
said, is that we rule this town! Two lawyers and a two year court battle would end with the lawyers no longer taking our case, but
they never charged a dime. Paid off. When I feel the knotts on my
head it reminds me of the town where the police played god.
The lady was also thrown in jail with
charges we gave a ride to .
A: Unfortunately, your incident isn't all that uncommon. Both my father and my brother have been beaten up by police when they committed no crime. My brother caught one of the incidents (my dad being assaulted) on video camera, and he got a few still photos of the other one. But have we gotten justice yet? No. And in this unjust world we might never get justice.
But I rest assured that God's will shall be done in the end. I am confident that I will enjoy a heavenly country not worthy to be compared with this land of sin. Praise God I have something better to look forward to!
In Christ,
Zach Doty

Q: Can company executives fly on commercial planes?
Not all that long ago, people were all up in arms that some car company executives flew in private luxury jets to go beg for money in front of congress. (You know who I'm talking about).
Now, while it would have been more humble for these folks to drive the short distance, isn't it illegal for them to fly commercially? I heard that certain top execs are considered indispensable, and therefore are under contract that forbids them to fly on a commercial plane because private jets are thought to be safer.
Is this true?
A: It is true. Although it is not illegal for them to fly commercially, it is done for safety reasons. I don't necessarily agree with that, but I believe that is how we got in this financial mess in the first place... CORPORATE GREED.
Q: What did George Carlin do with his money?
George Carlin always seemed to enjoy criticizing the rich. He pretty much seemed to hate rich people. He would make fun of and attack the rich lifestyle and everything that went along with it. Other famous comedians have also done this, but this question is mainly about Carlin. Wasn't he rich? The obvious answer is yes. But, what did he do with all his money? Did he live a humble life in a small house with an old beat up car? Did he give away all his money to charity? Maybe he did. I'm not sure. So, if you have any idea what the answers are to these questions please let me know. Thanks.
A: he didnt have that much money....he dont have chapelle money....but he is funny as a mofo
Q: What do you think of the fact that I WANT to live in poverty?
When I graduate from college and stuff, I'm going to leave the house, car, money, all of it, and travel somewhere and live in poverty for a year. A humble life, and its something I'll actually do too- I'm kinda pyscho. It rocks. Anyway, what do YOU think of that?
I know Buddha did that. I want to be a politician. A new politician...hah, we've heard that line before, right? No, but I'm serious. I'll be President one day baby. President Hacela!
I didn't say living in poverty rocks, I said being a nut rocks. (I'm a nut)
No, wanting to live on an island is not crazy..I'd like to do all that too.
And, no, I would never become a burden on the taxpayers. I am very, very against that. I hate it, and would never do it.
A: Buddha did that. Left a wonderful palace for a life on the streets. He never did go back. Just make sure you do something positive with all the knowledge you get from the experience.
Q: FOR one week I've been enjoying the simplicity of the 240D Mercedes a very humble automobile?
i have never owned a mercedes brand, but i like this one so much i don't think i would ever lt it go,on the other hand my wife says its so ugly the crusher would spit it back out, could anyone tell me what series benz in a diesel'' would be a more pleasing car for my wife to look at, i don't think any past a 1995 would be within my price range, i really want a Diesel 5cyl or 6cyl in a small body style but don't know much about all the different models, which one would you say would be the best choice, and what models should i run from, i need a car that can handle long hours of road trips with no worrys, i dont think a car of this type with 150.000 miles would be anything to worry over do you? i suppose i just need the cold hard truth about a diesel mercedes good or bad before i buy a more expencive one for the family, i need some help on this one, thanks so much, . have a good day.
A: I would recommend you try and find a 300D sedan from '82-84. I currently own two of these turbo diesels (123 body, '83 and '84"). Both have well over 200,000 miles and both are freeway monsters. I have reached nearly 40mpg in the '83 benz on cross country journeys. It can go over 700 miles on a full tank of diesel. I have heard the '85 is not as good and later models (non 123 body) can be substantially more expensive to maintain as they are not the simple machines you seem to like.
If you find a well-maintained 300D 123 turbo diesel in good cosmetic condition, you can expect to keep it going for around $1500/year in maintenance. You may spend more if you want to keep it cherry (imho it's worth it). Because the car will not break down during the year, you will receive the total bill for maintenance in one annual inspection visit to your mechanic. If you are not prepared for the big bill you will feel sticker shock, but if you consider your monthly costs to be around $120 dollars this is really not very much.
The mercedes turbo diesel likes to be driven. If you drive long distances a lot you will get better fuel economy and better value for your maintenance dollar. I wouldn't recommend it for city driving or short distances (just walk or ride your bike).
In my experience the parts which tend to fail are those which are used least, and they can often be repaired by simple cleaning and proper lubrication. Remember this before you begin replacing expensive parts. These old cars need love.
In an emergency situation the 300D turbo diesel handles well enough to avoid collisions, and in an unavoidable collision it will prove itself a very protective shell (wear your seat belts). Being rear wheel drive, the cars ride becomes smoother and more stable at faster speeds and is terrible on icy roads. Throw some chains on it and it drives like a luxury snowmobile!
I think the mercedes 300D turbo diesel ('82-'84) is a near-perfect marriage of form and function and the best fit for the kind of driving I do. I plan on keeping one as long as I can. But there are other cars out there for a reason. I have friends who love their subarus. Other people think the porche cayenne is a hot car. If your wife thinks the mercedes diesel sedan is an ugly car, you may have to forget about buying one and get something you can both love together.
Q: Does anyone know the average selling price for a 1300 sq ft home in atscocita- humble tx?
3br 2 bath 2 car garage
A: the average seems to be around 105k, however I would have to know some more details of your home condition, etc to give you a better estimate.
Q: What is the most efficient car in your opinion?
Efficiency means gas consumption vs. the price you paid for the car...at least in my humble opinion...a really expensive car wouldn't be considered efficient to me...I'm talking the most bang for your buck...like a honda for example ;-)
A: I have an OZ lancer from Mitsubishi year 03 and i got it for 17G's with 29,000miles and now june 22 sits here with 68,000 miles and i gotta say its great it handles greats responds great fuel wise it can give me about 350 miles on a tank at about 80PMH and about 34 MPG's in the streets as long as you dont hit high RPMS. dont get a honda civic 2 door i got the scare of my life in it at 40mph almost flipped over and ive had pretty nasty crash's 4door is ok or an accord or even a nisaan sentra... hope i helped
Q: I am looking into purchasing a used auto to get me to and from work, any suggestions??
I am just a student with a part time job at officeworks, so I am on a budget to shop for a humble but reliable car to get me around. I don't mind spending a little more to get a better performing car in regards of fuel economy and minimal service. I would appriciate any comments or suggestions about buying a used car such as asking the right questions and buying the rights thing. Thanx
A: Its important to take a friend or family member who knows some mechanics when you find a car you want to buy, secondly i have found buying a used car i like to look for older couples who have one for sale usually they are the best cared for.If you can find one for sale by owner instead of a used car lot.Good Luck
Q: Are Atheism and Agnosticism generally accepted in the rest of North America?
I am from Mexico and most people here are Catholic. I have unintentionally gotten into several arguments because I have voiced my opinion over religion, particularly Catholicism. I don't appreciate the fact that people give their hard-earned money to an establishment who claims to give the money gathered in collection plates to the poor but really doesn't. Being that the majority of Mexicans are Catholic and contribute to the church, why is there still a lot of poverty in my country? The priest in my church, for example, has a luxurious car. Not very humble. Please excuse my English.
A: 1) Your English is fine, but your train of thought seems garbled. You didn't say anything about atheists or agnostics in your details.
2) Don't capitalize atheism and agnosticism as they are not proper nouns like religions are.
3) I have never been to Mexico, but from what I understand there is a lot of corruption. It is sad if what you say is true and even most religious establishments have succumb to greed and general self interest. Poverty will never be eradicated, but the fact that supposedly humble priests have luxuries is a clear indicator something is amiss.
4) In the United States we have the freedom of religion, or the freedom from religion if you are an atheist. Some non-believers would might say that they are mistreated because they are the minority (agnostics and atheists make up only 4% of the population as I have heard), but generally there is no kind of discrimination within law enforcement or job offerings.

Q: If the max speed limit on most US highways is 65, why are American cars built to go as fast as 130 mph-plus?
Just wondering since I hear people brag about getting their M2 Roadsters up to some ridiculous speed, yet I get nailed by the po-po for going 85 in my humble Honda Civic. What gives?

Q: What make of a car is a humble?
What make of a car is a humble? Mazda Humble?

Q: In my humble opinion the following cars are uncool, Do you agree?
The new BMW 1 series.
The new BMW 3 series.
The new BMW 5 series.
All BMWs z-3 & z-4.
The new Toyota Camry.
Subaru Tribeca, even the model name is funny! :)
A: They might be "uncool" for you but, if everyone had the same personality and taste, they'd only make one kind of car. Something doesn't become "uncool" just because you don't like it. Cool is people being who they are and deciding for themselves. For the record, I haven't even noticed any of the above cars.
