A: at the local groceries stores they have a rack for free publications 2 of them are for used cars. She should pick them up and look at all the photos of cars. They may also have websites to go to. A: If you the owner of the car and looking for a loan, to use the car as collateral, look into your local Fast Cash stores. Keep in mind this is a huge ripoff because of the interest charges. I highly discourage you do this. If you are looking to buy a car and use the car for collateral, the dealer or your local bank will help you.

A: As an El Paso girl I have heard this rumor about Lamborghinis. I don't think it is true. I've only seen two Lamborghinis in El Paso and I was born and raised here. I mean I have seen it on two occasions. It might of been the same one since they were both red. I agree with everyone else, why would it be illegal?

A: Alamo is about as good as anyone for price.They are good about standing behind the work done too.I've been told that AAA mobile tinting is good too plus they come to your house to do it but i haven't actually used them. 150 sounds about right to me.Call a few places and get a quote.

I need to travel to Chihuahua, Mexico with my wife and son to see a medical specialist. My wife and son are both very blonde and we're all tall and would definitely stand out driving down the road. A: I actually live in Chihuahua. I am blonde, my husband is pretty dark but Anglo. There are a lot of blonde people who live down here and the Mexican people are pretty used to seeing us. The best advice is to not stop for anyone, and just don't act like a dumb tourist. That might sound rude, but thats how we act sometimes. Remember that you need passports or a birth certificate to get back into the USA now. And watch the news in the US, it might surprise you how scary it is out there now..LOL.. My family come down to visit me quite often and are always fine. Hope this helps. There are many people who speak english here now as well.

I am a part of a non-profit organization, and our grou would like to show our commitment to the community by simply giving out bottled water and soda drinks to people as they sit in their cars at a red light. is there any laws or ordinances against it? A: Very good goal.. however, looking at this from a driver viewpoint.. I suggest rethinking it. Drivers are (rightfully) focused on the driving and waiting on the light to change, if they roll down the window and get into chats, it could impede traffic, etc. They could also be VERY suspicious of taking food from stranger. Can you set up a table at some location where persons have the option to stop if they choose? That would also allow you all to have time to talk, maybe even have simple flyer printed up to explain your purpose/ goals and maybe get more people involved?

A: What do you drive? What kind of gas? Where in Houston? From my exit on the Katy Freeway is about 750 miles to the middle of El Paso. At 25mpg that is 30 gallons of gas. Figure three bucks a gallon for gas (that is about halfway between unleaded and unleaded premium). That's 90 bucks. For a marker, my exit is 755. Exits on I-10 correspond to mile markers. You'll have to insert the variable for your actual mileage, just how far you'll drive (add 30 miles for east Houston), and how much you pay for gas. EDIT: I just saw Brittguy's post. Is he kidding? A scary ride? I first made the drive back in '82, when the speed limit was 55 and cell phones where bigger than bricks (and as useful as one). I found it rather peaceful. Wind is wind, no matter where it blows. It sounds no different in Fort Stockton than in Sealy. I've driven that stretch back and forth over a dozen times and never had a problem. It isn't exciting, but so what? By the way, some people prefer to drive because they dislike flying. This could be why she asked. Me, I like peace and quiet, scenery, and miss the vacations my family used to take... wayyyyy back when. My wife and I have driven all over the state.

A: Are you asking if someone wants to buy this car from you, or are you asking if you should buy this car? Either way, you left out a crucial piece of information... ... ... ...wait for it... ... ... How many miles has the car been driven? $7500 is a steal if the car has 30,000 miles on it. $7500 is a rip-off if the car has 300,000 miles on it. "New tires" doesn't mean much either. There are plenty of lousy tires out there that aren't worth the rubber they're made out of. Brand & model & size makes a big difference in handling, longevity, mileage, and price.

Q: new york city to el paso texas ...in a car how do i get there?


A: I-78 out of New York, to just west of Harrisburg, PA. From there, drop down to southbound I-81, all the way to its end at I-40 just east of Knoxville, TN. 81 is a nice southwest ride, mostly through countryside. So, it gives you the diagonal direction you need, without a lot of heavy traffic. Take I-40 west to around Little Rock, getting I-30 from there. You'll travel the length of I-30 to its end in Dallas, where you get I-20 to go across the rest of Texas. Eventually, it'll take you to I-10 west, which goes right into El Paso. This is a three-day drive if you really push it, but four under average circumstances.
