Q: I'm torn between two guys and I'm so lost. I need this situation resolved.?
I have been dating guy1 for 7months. He is 19 and I am 17I really feel like I luv dis guy. He loves me 4 me. The best thing about him is dat he doesn't pressure me for sex or anything sexual. I absolutely love him for dat b/c most guys my age are all about sex. We went through some tough times together in the beginning due 2 the fact that he was once engaged 2 his high school sweetheart and could not let ol girl go. But now we are pretty much on the same page. Thing is guy1 lives in Beaumont which is like a hr drive to Houston where I live so we are fighting the long distance thing. Which is why I started talkin 2 guy 2. Guy 2 is my pre-school sweetheart he lives like 10 min away from me n we just hooked back up 3months ago. He is the opposite of guy one. He is a lil thuggish, my mom really doesn't like him, he has no car, n he is very sexual. But he is my same age. Both guys say they love me n deep down I have love for both but I don't wanna break hearts and make the wrong decision. Even though guy 2 may sound bad I have known him longer and when I'm with him it's like I know he is all mine unlike guy 1 b/c everytime I talk to him I want to ask him about his ex-fiance. Even though guy2 and I argue alot and guy1 and I almost never argue I'm still unsure. My family knows of guy 2 but only my sister and a cuzin know of guy1 I am trying to keep him a secret until I turn 18. In actuality I feel strong love frm both not jus from words but deeds frm both guys that show me they are real. The reason I want this problem solved is b/c BOTH guys want to go to college with me. Guy1 has already applied to another college for the 07-08 yr close to the one I really want to go to and has put a down payment on an apartment so that he can wait for me to get there. Guy2 has started the application and scouting process for football so that he can attend the school on 08-09 with me. I really don't want this to blow up in my face and loss both guys so I really need to know what to do.

A: tottally guy one even dought he is pretty far he still der fo ya meanin yall may have a pretty gud chace but uknwo guy to well he sounds like he ganna meet a few gurls in the way and may be trippin especial if his football career brings him further..so totALLY guy #1 cuz he soundz like he ganna last.and yea maybe guy 2 maybe in it fo the S-E-X...just a thought..guy 1 sounds gud and patint..... gud luck 2 ya much luv

Q: What do you think of my story??
Lucky Man As far as I can remember it all began when I started secondary school back in in 1999. I was a carefree 13 yr old but suddenly one day I began vomiting for no reason. This started the ball rolling for other symptoms such as massive headaches, extreme weight loss, forgetfulness, blurred vision and severe depression to name but a few. Over the following year my health and vision really deteriorated. They thought a strain on my eyes was causing the headaches and I was prescribed glasses. I weighed 6 stone, my head felt like it would explode etc and yet doctors could find nothing medically wrong with me. They thought it was psychological. In July 2001, I collapsed in my aunts in Ennis. The local GP diagnosed me as having depression but this was just a symptom of the illness. It was a very surreal time as I only remember a few minutes of the next couple of weeks. Family were afraid to leave me alone because of the depression. On the 18th August 2001 I collapsed again at home. It was only my mother and me at home and she was very scared and called my grandparents and Dad. One image that will stay with me forever is of my Granddad Peadar sitting beside me on a chair in my room crying his eyes out wailing “ why won’t you tell us what’s wrong with you ?” The worrying thing was that none of us knew….. My family couldn’t take any more and immediately drove me to Crumlin Hospital with a referral letter from my GP. The last thing I remember leaving my house was my nana Patsy helping me into the car (this will be important later). They did lots of tests and scans and rushed me to Beaumont Hospital at midnight by ambulance. After more tests and scans I was diagnosed as having a brain tumour in the pineal gland (over my right eye) I remember being told “brain tumour” but not knowing what it was. I especially didn’t know how serious it was or that it was cancer. I thought I would be back in school by at the latest late September. The Hospital quickly set about removing some of the brain fluid which was causing the headaches as it was being blocked by the tumour. I later found out off my Dad that I would have died over the next day or 2 had they not removed the excess. I had a 10 hr operation to remove the tumour. There were complications during surgery. I had a bleed on the right side of my brain which left the entire left side of my body weakened and left me in a coma for 14 weeks. After the coma I was in a vegetated state and was sent back to Crumlin for chemotherapy. I caught a bug which meant I had to return to Beaumont half way through the treatment. I had a total of 18 operations on my head, spent 9 months in a hospital bed as a vegetable (a parsnip as Jamie says, but was probably closer to a cabbage) I remember nothing of my time in Beaumont Hospital and only know this information from asking. I had my 16th birthday party in Beaumont Hospital. In may 2002 I was discharged from Beaumont and admitted to Dun Laoighre N.R.H As I couldn’t walk, talk or move etc. At this point although I was cancer free I was extremely soft in the head and was still being fed through a naso gastric tube in my nose. The feed always made me sick which brought the tube back up and it wasn’t very nice getting it replaced. I spent a long hard 10 months there in rehabilitation. I eventually went home for weekend visits every Friday afternoon and came back Sunday evenings. The ironic thing is my nan was the first person to help me out of the car As my physical injuries improved I was upgraded from a wheelchair to a walking frame. I remember taking my first unaided steps at home with the same aunt, Trisha in November 2002 (I took 8) I was discharged in march 2003 just before my 17th. I walked out those doors unaided that time. I was forced to leave school the summer before my Junior cert and my class had moved on in the system but I was slowly integrated back into it. I started it in September 2003 in third yr and did my junior at 18 in a class of 15 yr olds. I have to say that the entire school were very helpful and understanding with me. I stayed on at school after it. In the meantime I joined Canteen Ireland after spotting it while doing a random “cancer” search on the internet. But I didn’t go to any meetings because I was on a lot of medication at the time and wanted to forget my past. But when I went to my first meeting in “Carlingford” in 2005 I realised that this wasn’t just a club for “sick” people but a family. A family I was being welcomed into with open arms. It was 1 of the best things I ever did. I love all the meetings and weekends away and we are all a really close nit group/family (even if there is the odd joke about my horrible horrible accent and my Pidgin English nothing is meant by it. I stayed at school for the leaving cert in which I got one of the highest marks in the year. I graduated in May 2006 and won the “Student of the Year Award”. This brought my story to the attention of the Local Media and some National Newspapers. I postponed my Mechanical Engineering place in DKIT and did Engineering PLC. In the meantime I was nominated and subsequently won the “Co. Louth Person of the Year 2006”. I started college in 2007. Initially I enjoyed it and was top of my class but the stress of the 12 hour days of Honours Physics, Chemistry and Maths and other personal problems meant that my grades began to slip. I decided to leave in December 2007. At present I am doing Employer Based Training for Clerical work, it suits my skills and means I can work my way up. Life has never been better. I am off all medication have a clean bill of health, have a wonderful loving family and close circle of friends (who help me so much). I am at my optimum and going to America on a trip of a lifetime in August. I look upon my cancer experience as a positive one, although it caused family and friends great pain, personally I think it was good for me. Life not about the destination it’s the journey. I’m a lucky man and I see that now, although it has taken me 7 years and almost two years in hospital to realise and come to terms with this. It has made me appreciate and respect family, friends and the little things in life more. If we didn’t have the hard times we wouldn’t appreciate the good times as much. Surviving cancer is great once you have the right attitude. I don’t know hat life has in store for me but it will be fun finding out. I have really grown up and matured as a result. I’d like to say thank you to everyone who gave their help and support to both me and my family over the years. Life’s for a good time not a long time………..so enjoy it! Q: alone in strange town, how can i meet people?
If I travel by car cross country and need to stop overnight in a strange town, where can I meet people to hang out with? Say if I have to go through these cities do you have an idea of what's fun at night in these places (keep in mind i'm alone): FL: Ocala, Gainesville, Lake City, Tallahassee, Pensacola AL: Mobile MS: Gulfport/Biloxi LA: Slidell, Hammond, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles TX: Houston, Beaumont, San Antonio (and the hill country area), along the I-10 in western Texas, El Paso NM: Las Cruces, Deming, Lordsburg AZ: Tucson, Phoenix CA: Blythe, Indio (and desert cities)

A: Bowling Alley.

Q: Tazer Guns?
Do Police Officers in Beaumont Texas REALLY have the right to shoot someone with a Lazer Gun when the person had already been jerked out his car, thrown on the ground and handcuffed for NO REASON? Do THEY NOT ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH WEAPONS THAT THEY HAVE TO TREAT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS LIKE CATTLE? IS THIS REALLY LEGAL? Should we now fear our own law enforcement more than terrorists? I would choose to select "police brutality" as my category, but it wasn't a choice.

A: No. I don't think they have the right to tazor a person that has not done anything wrong just because they have a badge does not make them any better than you and I. In fact I am going to start carring a Tazor gun around and use on anyone I think might be a threat to me and My CHILDREN. Cops have no right to treat us like animals while our soldiers are in Irag being killed for THERE FREEDOM we as AMERICANS HAVE NONE. Sarah

Q: COUNTRY MUSIC FANS...Who Is Your Favorite Country Artist EVER ?
Who is your favorite county artist (must be country) and tell us 5 interesting facts of that persons life. I know it is hard to choose, (I have so many I love) but my choice is: George Jones: 1) One of his lesser known nicknames is "The Rolls Royce of Country Music" 2) Once Recorded Rockabilly songs under the name "Thumper Jones" 3) He was born in Saratoga, Texas 4) His first #1 Hit was White Lightning 5) He once rode his riding lawnmower 8 miles to the liquor store in Beaumont, when his wife hid the keys to every car they owned.

A: So many but I choose Hank Jr., I grew up on him. 1) He can play multi instruments, he plays the electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, upright bass, steel guitar, banjo, piano, keyboards, harmonica, fiddle, and drums. 2) Nicknames: Bocephus, Man of Steel 3) At his 18 year old Birthday Party, Waylon Jennings said Hank announced "From this day on, nobody ever tells me what to do again. The message was meant for his mama Audrey 4) Fell off of Ajax Mountain, and liked to died 5) He got to be so popular that NASHVILLE (who shunned him) could no longer overlook him for awards

Q: ? for Pontiac lovers?
Do you feel that Pontiac quit making cars after the move to the "corporate engine"? Should a Canadian Pontiac Beaumont with the factory 396 be considered a Pontiac? How about classic Pontiacs that have been swapped out to a chevy motor? Are the New Pontiacs really Pontiacs?

A: Yes is do feel the same way. Not long ago i took my 14 year old son to a Tomahawk (POCI) chapter meeting and was ask to introduce my boy, i did so and Jr. added he will own my '77 T/A S/E (show car only) in three years. I was then asked If I'd buy a new GTO and my reply was "No I am not buying some corporate crap!", half-breed car. Now on to the other part of your question. The Beaumont is a Pontiac, it's in the book "75 years of Pontiac Oakland" and I have seen a few from time to time at the POCI National Conventions. As far as those owner of Pontiac's with a BBC (or SBC) in the bay they are real HALF-BREED autos! At the drag-strip I pay no attention, car shows, I don't even vote for them. (77)

A: File a complaint against the law enforcement agency if you have proof that they violated your rights and request for the return of your car.

Q: Beaumont, CA to Santa Ana John Wayne Airport?
How long should I allow to drive from Beaumont, CA to Santa Ana John Wayne Airport, on a Friday morning? The flight leaves at 11, so I know I have to be there by like 9:30 -- earlier if I have to return a rental car. Should I plan on like 2 hours? I don't want to miss my flight! Thanks for your help.

A: I would seriously leave at 6:30. The traffic through Riverside, the 55, and the 57 can be crazy. The 91 should be avoided, if possible. There's a reason they call it the Corona Crawl.

Q: How soon is too soon to travel by car with a newborn from Beaumont, TX to El Paso, TX (12hrs)??
I am having a baby in about 2wks EDD April 12th 2008 and we are planning on going to El Paso in June sometime to see his family. I Personally think that it is going to be a long ride and dont want her in the car seat that long but from experience is it too young??

A: The issue isn't going to be her, it's going to be you. I really recommend you don't commit yourselves to doing this until you know what sort of baby she's going to be. She might be sleeping for 6-8 hours at night by 8 weeks old and you'll be fine. Or she might be waking up every hour, and you'll be a pair of zombies who haven't had a decent chunk of sleep in two months and simply aren't fit to drive long distance.
