Q: How to get from Raleigh, NC to Harrisonburg, VA via Bus/Train/etc.?
I'm having trouble finding a way to get to Harrisonburg w/o driving my car. I can't drive it as it is too old. I have looked all over the internet but the closest I can get to Harrisonburg, VA is by taking a train or greyhound to Charlottesville, VA which is still one hour away... Are you able to help? A: As a JMU alum I can tell you for a fact that the closest you can get to Harrisonburg is Shenandoah Regional Airport in Weyer's Cave serviced by only one airline from Dulles. There used to be a Greyhound Station in town but they closed it 3 years ago. Harrisonburg nowadays is next to impossible to get to without a car. There is an Amtrak Station in Staunton but its limited service and its highly not reliable.

A: Greyhound will be your cheapest way to get from Raleigh to Charlotte. http://www.greyhound.com/home.asp Buses run every 1-2 hours and take 3-4 hours to make the trip. One-way tickets are $31.50. I didn't price a roundtrip. The Greyhound bus terminal in Charlotte is at 601 W. A: You can take your car to any Advance Auto, they will do it for you at no charge, but, they may not be able to tell you what the codes are. But, if you have the codes, then an auto mechanic should know what they mean. I took mine to Advance Auto-it took just a couple of minutes and it showed the codes. I then took it to my mechanic who saw the codes and told me what was wrong. I am glad a friend of mine told me about this-I went to one shop who wanted to charge me $200!!!!!

A: Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep are not the best quality of cars. Not as good as Honda or Toyota. But it depends on the car you are looking at - new or pre-owned. They do have a pretty good service dapartment.

Q: What is the reason for so many abandoned cars on I-40 in Raleigh NC?
Every day i drive I-40 East and Westbound from Raleigh to Durham North Carolina, and it astonishes me how many broken down or abandoned cars I see with White trash bags hanging out of the drivers window? What's the reason for this? My best guess is that many of these cars simply run out of gas. Does anyone else have an idea? The number seems to be a bit high for people to just run out of gas!
