Q: What attractions to see in Ohio/columbus ?
Hi I have 4 days of holidays and I am currently in chicago with a car which I can drive.. I want to see beautiful places in ohio or around ohio. only places I know is Columbus. Can some one suggest attraction places in or around columbus.. I will be driving..so driving to diff location would not be a problem Thanks

A: kinda limited with the weather this time of year - ProFootball hall of fame in canton is pretty cool. Columbus and cinci both have great Zoos - the one here in columbus has a great "Zoo lights" thing for the holiday - if you want to drive another 2 hours on the other side of Columbus - the Oglebay Festival of Lights in Wheeling WVA is great - and pretty easy to get to. There are some great bars and clubs in the columbus area - cool music - some nice art galleries. COSI is cool if you want something on the educational side. bout 45 minutes south of columbus you will get into the hocking hills - great nature trails - some of the most scenic trails and rock formations in the state - not as pretty as in the summer and fall - but still pretty cool. Old Man's Cave is awesome and they have private chalet's and Cabin's all over the place if you're looking for a romantic or at least "quiet" getaway.

A: Hi, it depends on which side of Niagara Falls you're going to, the U.S. or Canadian. From Columbus, OH to Niagara Falls, NY is 8 hours (with 2 transfers in Cleveland, and Buffalo). This is the shortest trip, departing Columbus at 11:15 p.m., arriving Niagara Falls, NY at 7:15 a.m.. A: Go to fastweb.com It is a site that compiles scholarships and tells you which ones you're eligible for once you fill out a questionnaire. Then help her apply for those scholarships. Some of them require her to write an essay -- proofread these for her. Rather than giving her a handout, help her learn how to do things by herself. Teach her things that you've learned along the way. Be her friend and her mentor. But for the love of god, don't try to be her mother. I was orphaned at a young age and hated it when people tried to replace one of my parents. Nobody else can fill those shoes.
