A: On the main road that runs right through Kissimmee to Disney, there is a Best Western Eastgate that is affordable and nice. Try to get the first floor facing the pool, or if you want quiet, get the top floor. You can get to Disney, Sea World, Universal, etc. easily from this hotel. Bring a light jacket and good walking shoes. The parks are big. Eat a big breakfast before the parks, and a reasonable dinner after the parks. Lunch inside the parks is expensive. Bring a digital camera with at least 1 gb. You can download ever night to cd's at any Walgreens drug stores.

just looking for any places to avoid or advice from anyone before i book our first trip to florida. we also get a hire car in the package from Dollar rent a car anyone used these? Are they any good for car seats as i can't book one in advance! Any tips/advice would be great, we just want a nice hol to florida with somewhere v'good to go home to at the end of the day.

A: Yes all the villas in kissimmee area are good if this is your first visit you will be pleasantly surprised with the accommodation as for dollar cars they are a very good company if you require child seats they will supply them. there are no places to avoid in florida and you will enjoy the driving unlike the UK nobody is a hurry good luck

A: For romance, Flagler Beach, about 30 minutes north of Daytona area. This is a tiny ocean community with lots of nice, moderate to expensive lodging. Dolphin sightings are common and whales are sometimes seen. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast at The Pier is great. My favorite places to stay (for romance) are: The Topaz, which has a jacuzzi room with huge private deck, private entrance, four poster, and antique costumes to play dress-up. Q: Do I have to rent a car to get around Kissimmee, FL?
I will be going on vacation to Kissimmee, Florida and my hotel is located near Hwy 192. There is a free shuttle from my hotel to Disney World and Universal Studios, but if I want to visit other places like the Kennedy Space Center or go to international drive, is a car the only way?

A: i am from central fl. and a rental car would be about the best way to. go there are tour buses to kennedy space center. i drive has local bus service but in general a rental car is the only option but do check around as you can get real deals if you look. have fun.

Q: Going to Florida in April,staying in a villa in kissimmee how can we travel without a car?
We cannot hire a car as we are not yet 21 and it would cost alot of money!! I having been researching shuttle buses from kissimmee but cannot find any! Any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you

A: LYNX are the local buses in central florida www.golynx.com They run up and down highway 192 at kissimmee to Disney world etc but if you are staying in a rental house you will need to get yourselves to the 192 by taxi (and back) or find the nearest hotel with a shuttle service to Disney and hop on! Mears shuttles will bring you to and from the airport www.mearstransportation.com

Q: Does anyone know a good used car being sold in the kissimmee/orlando area?
I don't care what kind of car it is nor the year as long as it isn't a p.o.s. It gets good mileage and doesn't have to many problems. I can live without ac/radio/power lock or windows. I just really need a cheap car.
