A: I'm not exactly sure myself, but I have noticed that the more missions I complete, not just random races, esp. against people like Anne and Victor, etc. I have been getting parts for cars, and unlocking classes of cars. I haven't gotten the widebody kit for the Class 4 cars yet, but I still have a lot of races to go, I do have all the performance stuff for class 4, so I think I'm close. My best guess would be to keep completing missions.

A: Cause most of the times when a biker gets pulled over by a patrol car, they will take off and the officer has no chance of catching up with him. With a CHP bike then it's an even playing field. Also, some depts are not allowing their units to pursue a chase unless they know the subject has commmited a felony act or is wanted on felony warrant.

A: Depends on where you go, some places can charge an arm and leg because the whole body has to be sanded then a primer coat put on and with black they will use a darker primer. plus they have to remove all parts that wont need to be painted. You can usually save some money if you remove these parts yourself. ie: bumper, mirrors, lights, all chrome, things of that nature. I'd call around to places and get bids.

A: Once you get the rank of 'Racer' around 8000 - 9000 XP points. You do any mission and once you complete it, then it should say you have unlocked Group 3 in which the Lancer are. ^_^

How and when did this become an unwritten law? It's very needed...it's pretty much the only way cars can make left turns at LA intersections. Does anyone know the history behind this? I'm not referring to the turn lanes with the green arrows. If you are in a regular or left turn lane, when your light turns red, perpendicular traffic will allow two cars to turn left.

A: The rule is actually 'Two cars can turn left on a yellow', but only if at least two of their wheels have crossed over the crosswalk/white line before/as the light changes. But, because most on-coming traffic speeds up to get through the yellow light, the cars waiting to turn are forced to either make these left turns on red lights or sit in the middle of an intersection for another light change. That's why there's usually a second delay between a redlight and a green light for oncoming traffic.

I recenlty visited Cali and noticed that there were an abnormally large number of cars driving around with no license plates, no temporary tags, no dealer tags etc. So whats the deal?

A: When you purchase a new car (or a used car without a plate) in California, you are given a small paper temporary license. It is folded and taped to the inside of the front windshield of the car. It is not obvious if you don't know to look for it as they are only about 2"x3".

The only thing is that all the makes and models you listed are not sold in the US. So look up Toyota Corolla, Celica, Nissan Altima, Sentra, Mitsubishi Evo, etc.
